on calling it a day:

the day wasn't goin pretty well.. anxiety attack nga that I have alot of things to study yet emotionally I am disturbed.. heart is battling the mind for attention.. so I try to distract the feeling and set it aside.. and thank God.. by only watching the 2nd episode of PHILIPPINE's NEXT TOP MODEL.. would perk me up! and forget about the "distraction in life" . yey! i'm back to myself now!!!
