on Blowing Away Stress and Anxiety attack:

you commonly hear people ask you especially on job interviews - "how do you handle stress?".. i usually answer that I relax (sounds vague ryt).. but now I really take an effort to battle it...
here's a list that I do:

  1. Listen to my iPod - i sleep with my iPod so that upon waking up I would choose a good track then listen to it before even welcoming another day! it always work the good vibes..
  2. Yoga - i do yoga at home in the comfort of my bedroom.. I bought a good mat and just lay it on the floor... set up my iTunes Podcast.. i am under Chaz' YOGAMZING program now.. there's always new programs to focus on like for the abs,neck and shoulders,butt and thighs, even for depression and anxiety specifically.
  3. A glass of water at hand- just a little uneasiness can be cooled down by hydrating the body..
  4. Chocolates and candies- easy to grab treats like these secretes endorphins - which has pain relieving properties.. good remedy for the achy-breaky-hearts!
  5. Blog- it's been a ritual and an outlet for me to give meaning to my life.. Isn't it that situations in life like a new crush or a promotion is worth sharing to all of your friends if not then it's not nice to celebrate alone.. cherish your life and give more meaning to it!
  6. Friends - i am an on-call friend.. and i have invested on good friends who'll always be there for me even on my craziness or if i just wanna hug or a lil bit of attention.. love 'em all!
  7. Photo album - all of my pics are posted on my multiply account.. when I'm down or missing afriend or a relative i just look at our pictures and reminisce about the times we're together.. Memories are worth keeping!don't let bitterness get into u..unless you want those wrinkles all over your face.. :)


I may seem like a happy-go-lucky girl.. but I tell you I have to undergo challenges in life just for me to learn and I don't hate myself for my mistakes because it makes me love my life and self more and more..Wishin' a happy life for everyone.. toodleloo!
